He self-links X -> linktr.ee/_kingorange -> Instagram @graysonmaginnis. USPTO applications 50019248 and 50024093 carry correspondent emails Jotchuathecoin@gmail.com AND graysonmaginnis1016@gmail.com on the same filing. Louisiana charter 47132737K, JOTCHUA IP LLC, filed 28 Jul 2026, Active and in good standing, lists Grayson Maginnis as sole member and registered agent. THE GAP: the Instagram account @_kingorange no longer resolves, so the 2021 post cannot be re-checked at source — the attribution survives only through KYM's contemporaneous entry. His X account joining 26 Sep 2020, before the meme, argues against a handle-squatter, and he claims authorship in the first person. HE IS NOT THE PHOTOGRAPHER. The photo is a Monterrey, Nuevo Leon adoption listing from the perrocurifeo Facebook group, late 2020 / early 2021, of two puppies — Cain (the golden one) and Abel — both adopted the day it was posted. That post is now private. KYM's "original photo" entry is sourced to a February 2021 re-post by @darkthanos, not to the listing. Nobody has ever named or credited whoever took the picture. jotchua.net's own provenance page calls the namer "an anonymous hand".
