Feisty Doge NFT was auctioned off in June 2021 at very.auction on Zora along with the other Doge images. Aya Miyagotchi from Ethereum Foundation helped Atsuko Sato , the photographer and owner of Kabosu, auction the NFTs off. This auction not only sold the meme but also established its digital provenance, ensuring that the NFT was indeed the original and verified by Know Your Meme before the auction. The NFT was then later fractionalized by @Cryptopathic making it the first ever fractionalized Doge image.
