The $HAWK token was launched on the Solana blockchain on December 4, 2024, with Haliey Welch's endorsement. However, the project quickly drew scrutiny due to its bad token distribution. Initially, $HAWK soared to a market cap of nearly $490 million, but this was followed by a dramatic 95% crash within hours, leading to accusations of a "pump and dump" or "rug pull" scheme. ⚠️ CREATOR OF RECORD CORRECTED 2 September 2026. The copyright in the source clip belongs to Tim & Dee TV — Tim Dickerson and DeArius Marlow — who filmed the CMA Fest street interview in Nashville and published it on YouTube on 11 June 2024, and who filed around fifty copyright claims against reuploads that had stripped their watermark. Haliey Welch spoke the line and is the subject of the meme; she later licensed her NAME to overHere Limited for $HAWK, which makes her a licensor-endorser rather than the owner of the underlying work. Naming her alone read as a claim that she is the creator of record, and so the party an unofficial token would wrong. ⚠️ REPLACED VALUES, KEPT ON THE RECORD SO THIS IS REVERSIBLE: Creator Name (column D) previously read exactly "Haliey Welch". The consent column (L) previously read exactly "Yes" — true of Welch, never asked of Tim & Dee TV — and now carries both halves as free text, on the index owner's ruling of 2 September 2026 that an additional creator claim changes that answer. The grade of E is unchanged and was never in question. ⚠️ STILL OPEN: the provenance tag CREATOR (column BA) makes the same consent claim a third time. The line "Minted with the creator's involvement or consent" on the token page is printed from that TAG, not from column L, so changing L does not clear it and the tag needs the same decision.
